Jodie brings over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, with more than a decade spent working across the education sector. CIPD qualified, Jodie has held senior HR roles within local government, multi-academy trusts and the global construction sector, developing a broad and balanced perspective that blends strong public sector values with commercial insight and operational rigour.
Since joining Learning Community Trust in 2026, Jodie has led the Trust’s People Strategy, providing strategic and practical leadership across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, policy development and supporting leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams. Jodie works closely with executive leaders, headteachers and the central team to ensure people practices are aligned with the Trust’s vision, values and long-term priorities.
