The Learning Community Trust believes that academy improvement, both academic and pastoral, is the single priority in fulfilling our vision. The ever-evolving strategy is embedded within our academies and within other schools and colleges nationally. The key for successful delivery of the strategy is the expertise in our human resource within collaborative principles. The trust has developed an outstanding team of professionals, who have been successful within their own areas of expertise, who are research driven and forward thinking, above all, educators who have a passion for developing staff and students.
