As Head of Governance at Learning Community Trust, I lead the Trust’s governance, compliance and policy assurance functions. I work closely with Trustees, Local Governing Bodies and school leaders to help ensure that effective governance arrangements are in place across the Trust and that statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
My role includes overseeing governance processes, developing policies and frameworks, managing complaints and assurance activity, and supporting compliance across our family of schools. I am passionate about good governance and the role it plays in creating strong foundations for educational success, helping schools to focus on what matters most: delivering the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
