I am the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Executive Director of Education and Education Directors at LCT, bringing over 16 years’ experience supporting educational professionals across local authority and trust settings. I am passionate about working for LCT because its mission to put children and young people first, its vision for high‑quality, inclusive education, and its values of collaboration, opportunity and ambition for every learner strongly align with my own professional values. This alignment underpins my commitment to supporting senior leaders and education providers to deliver consistently high‑impact, child‑centred outcomes across the trust.
My role involves providing high‑level executive support, coordinating trust‑wide activity, and enabling effective communication across senior leaders, schools, and partners. I act as a key point of contact between executive leaders, education providers, and external stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear, professional, and consistent, and enabling Directors to focus on strategic leadership and trust priorities.
I draw on my previous experience working closely with education providers locally and nationally, where I supported designated teachers, schools, and multi‑agency partners to develop and deliver high‑quality Personal Education Plans for children in care, while championing creativity as a powerful tool for engagement and wellbeing. This passion continues at LCT through initiatives such as the launch of the LCT Choir, reflecting my belief in the arts as a way to build community, strengthen organisational culture, and support the trust’s wider vision.
My background has given me a strong understanding of education systems, accountability, and the importance of inclusive, child‑centred practice at a strategic level. I bring a professional, discreet, and highly collaborative approach to my work, with a clear and consistent commitment to enabling educational leaders to deliver impactful, child‑centred outcomes.
