I am a dedicated Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in the fast-paced utilities and insurance industries. A master of organisation and efficiency, I thrive on managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless operations alongside enabling and supporting executives to achieve their personal and company goals. After finishing secondary school education, I moved into various administrative roles, progressing into PA / EA roles. During my 20 years’ experience I have gained extensive knowledge and achieved higher education qualifications. Having spent many years in the Utilities sector, I was eager for a change and the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills. Transitioning to the Education sector has proven to be a rewarding choice. I find myself learning something new every day and I see ample opportunities for career advancement

As the EA and Office Manager at LCT, I provide administrative and executive support to our CEO and members of our Senior Leadership Team. I am the first point of contact for our trust. As office manager I ensure the smooth running of our Trust head office and thrive on providing a warm welcome to all visitors. Outside the office, you’ll often find me standing on the sideline of a football pitch supporting my son in one of his many sporting activities. I believe in the power of work-life balance and enjoy sharing tips for achieving it!
