Marie is a Director of Primary Education in a small multi-academy trust based in the West Midlands, with over 20 years experience in primary education. Having been a Headteacher, SENCo/Inclusion Manager of an MLD resource base and DSL, she now works across a number of schools looking closely at school improvement.
Marie has vast experience of all aspects of trust management including risk, finance, HR, governance and strategic planning. Having recently gained her NPQEL, she is looking to widen her experience in the governance of secondary and specialist provision, whilst still being able to offer skills and expertise to a wider community.
