Nathan has over 15 years of corporate communications and colleague engagement experience working across HR, media relations and internal communications across multiple industries, including financial, public and civil services. rom financial services (Wesleyan, HBOS), public services (Amey plc) and the civil service (Highways England). Nathan’s current role as Chief of Staff sees him leading a broad portfolio of activity including strategy, corporate responsibility, communications and culture.
Prior to becoming a Member, Nathan was a trustee and chaired the Audit & Risk Committee. He was also previously a parent governor at Hadley Learning Community.
