I have over 30 years’ experience working and managing contracts and service delivery at all levels within the public and private sectors. I have been very fortunate to work with influential leaders across Education, Defence, Health and Local Authority Sectors. I joined the Education Sector in 2009, initially to commission Hadley Learning Community, which at the time was a model school for BSF projects. I soon realised that my passion was in Education and witnessed how schools and academies can positively influence outcomes for pupils and its community. In 2018 I was given the opportunity to work with the Board of Trustees and the founder CEO of LCT to help build a strong Multi Academy Trust. I strongly believe in people and want the very best for staff, pupils and the community.
