With over two decades dedicated to the field of education, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my role at the Learning Community Trust. Having served in various capacities including Head of Administration, PA and Company Secretary, my journey has been one of continuous learning and growth. My educational journey is marked by qualifications in AAT, Business Administration, and nearing completion of my Level 5 CIPD qualification, which has equipped me with a robust foundation in both administration and human resources.

Currently serving as the HR and Admin Compliance Officer, my responsibilities entail working closely with academies within the Trust, diligently monitoring and enhancing compliance standards. This role not only allows me to utilise my administrative skills but also enables me to contribute to the improvement of standards within the Learning Community Trust. Having been a lifelong resident of Telford, I possess a profound understanding of the community that the Learning Community Trust serves. This local insight enables me to tailor our initiatives to the specific needs of our community, fostering a supportive and enriching environment for both staff and students alike. I am deeply committed to the mission of the Learning Community Trust, and I am dedicated to ensuring that our educational institutions continue to thrive, making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
