Wrekin View Primary School is a two-form entry school covering age range 2-11 years old situated in north Telford that has a range of specialist provisions for our children. Our school, which is part of the Learning Community Trust, is a friendly and caring school offering lots of exciting opportunities for children and staff. We are proud of the diverse school population we serve and value every child as an individual. The school has a thriving nursery, is home to one of only two specialist Speech and Language units in the local authority and is proud to serve the local community of Wellington and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EYFS team to deliver high-quality early years education.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum plans.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Engage with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS statutory framework and school policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in early years education.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
